***Citrus Fruit Oil Wrap***

This process is a bit more of a massage and less of an exfoliation. The result is still fantastic. For this wrap, your body is dry brushed and then covered in a warmed Citrus Fruit Massage Oil. The Essential Oil, Bergamont or Modern Yin, is used as an inhaling treatment in this service. Once the body is completely brushed and covered in oil. Lastly, you are wrapped in plastic sheets, cotton sheets, and blankets. You'll be allowed to meditate and relax for 15 minutes. Once complete, you'll be totally rejuvenated and relaxed. This is a real day spa treat!

***Dry Brush Exfoliation***

Talk about a fantastic service! Let's talk a bit about the Dry Brush Exfoliation. Start out with a brush.

As seen here, the brush is ran over the skin and it literally brushes off dry skin and rejuvinates skin cells. Not only that, it just feels so good! It's a combination of the best 'scratching' you can ever have and a great way to just feel the 'blood' rushing through your body again. It's relaxing and refreshing AND rejuveninating. It's everything we hope for in the spa experience.

The beauty of the Dry Brush Exfoliation is that it works as a stand alone service or an add on to either of the wraps or massage services that are already offered.

Pay attention because prices vary depending on whether or not this is your first Dry Brush Exfoliation or you subsequent. The reason? Brushes are NOT shared between clients. Once that brush is opened for you, it will ONLY be used on you. No ONE else.

Full Body Massage

Full Body Massage is the most common form of massage therapy.  It is a very relaxing and soothing style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Upper Body Massage

The same as the Full Body Massage, only this massage focuses on the upper body: head, face, neck, hands, arms, and back.  It is a very relaxing and soothing style of bodywork. Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

CranioSacral (SM)

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. This therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.  I received my training for this service through the Upledger Institute.

The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

European Spa Facial

A facial treatment that helps to improve and maintain the health of the skin.  Facials include cleaning, exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, steam to further help soften clogged pores, and extractions which remove blackheads and whiteheads.  A facial also helps restore moisture balance as well as refreshes and rejuvenates the skin.  A shoulder and face massage are also incorporated as part of the facial treatment.

Back Facial

A back facial is exactly as it sounds. It is the use of facial services, but on the back.  It can include, but is not limited to, deep steam cleansing, gentle exfoliation, extractions, detoxifying masks, massage, and hot towels. Google  Special attention will be paid to areas of need as each person is different.  The nicest feature of the back facial is that it is a relaxing service.  Relax and enjoy the peace and serenity of the spa atmosphere while receiving the pampering treatment.

Dermaplane

Dermaplane has been known by a couple other names, such as microplane or blading.  What is this service?  It is using a special blade called an exfoliating blade to remove the dead skin cells and soft, short hairs from the face.  It's the best way to get rid of those extremely tiny 'peach fuzz' hairs that seem to allude removal by any other means.  During this process, bonus services such as a cleansing of the neck and face are done prior to the dermaplane procedure.  Also, while the deep steaming is working a soothing massage of the shoulders is given.  All this works together to make the experience a comfortable, relaxing afternoon at the spa.

This is an add on service that can be added on to any facial. 

Eye Treatment- Add On

This eye treatment can be added on to any facial or pedicure.  It is a mask treatment that can relieve tired eyes and help lighten those dark circles.  It reduces puffiness while it firms and tightens. The best part of this is that it also moisturizes and hydrates the eyelids and under eyes, making them feel refreshed and rejuvinated. 

Lip Treatment- Add On

This treatment can be added on to any facial or pedicure.  The lip treatment reduces the appearance of fine lines around the lips while creating the appearance of fuller, more plump lips.  At the same time, it will also firm and tighten the lips.  An added benefit is that this treatment will moisturize dry, chapped lips.

Brow Tinting

Eyebrow tinting is the process of using semi permanent dye to enhance, shape and define your eyebrows.  It's a process to make the look more full, more lush, more dynamic.  

Pedicures- Gel Polish

Pedicures include a soothing foot bath, legs and feet are exfoliated.  Nails are clipped and filed.  Cuticles are pushed back and cleaned up.  Nails are polished with a gel color or your choice.

Pedicures - Regular Polish

Pedicure- No Polish

Pedicure- Express

For this pedicure, it's for those who just want to get their feet cleaned up, trimmed up, and head out on the road again.  With this pedicure, the feet are soaked.  Then, the feet and legs are scrubbed and the toenails are trimmed and filed.

Toenail Clipping

This service is highly popular among senior citizens.  For this, the toenails are simply clipped, trimmed, filed, and cleaned up.

Pedicure Add Ons- Patchology, Corn/Callus Reduction, Ingrown Toenail

Patchology-- Tired, dry, feet that feel neglected can turn into pampered, soft, happy feet in a matter of a few minutes with the application of this coconut, shea butter blend of moisturizing goodness.  Add on- $10.00

Corn/Callus Reduction-- Reduce those horrible, annoying, stubborn corns and calluses and make your feet soft and smooth. Add on- $7.00

Ingrown Toenail Reduction-- Painful and hurting ingrown toenails are removed, making feet feel better. Add on-- $10.00

Classic Manicure

Nails are clipped (if needed) and filed.  Cuticles are pushed back and cleaned up. Nails are polished with a color of your choice.

Gel Manicure

Nails are clipped (if needed) and filed.  Cuticles are pushed back and cleaned up.  Application of the Gel polish product follows the manicure.  This is gel product applied over your OWN nail and wears for approximately 2 weeks.

Soak Off Gel Polish

IBX Nail Strengthening System

This strengthening system is used to clear up any damage that is done to nails through the 'normal' wear and tear of life.  Regular manicures, gel manicures, no manicures, gardening, cleaning, working, raising kids, working with paper, you name it, our nails pay the price for it.  The IBX system strengthens the nails, helps them grow.  It conditions and helps them look beautiful.
